SUMMARY
After the acquisition, eero's Amazon brand store quickly became one of our most viewed touchpoints, with over 600,000 views a month. I was a part of the team that helped update and maintain this touchpoint.

Constructing the narrative
Partnering with copywriting and research to construct the page narrative by using story frames. At a high-level, this helped us communicate page hierarchy and flow within the project. It also helped align stakeholders with the overarching strategy.
Feature exploration
The feature that answers, “Which eero system is right for me?”
The “Find your eero system” tool produces product recommendations based on customers personal wifi needs. Once launched, this component became the most engaged tool on the brand store.
Page design
The design prioritizes consistent product hierarchy with intuitive navigation, allowing users to be guided to a purchase faster.
